Practical learning. Lasting behaviour.

Better communication.
Stronger workplaces.
More confident people.

AmpliRise designs practical learning experiences that help people communicate better, lead more effectively, and show up with greater confidence at work and beyond.

From workplace communication and manager effectiveness to employability, behavioural skills and POSH awareness, every programme is built around one simple question:

The AmpliRise question
“What will participants do differently after they leave the room?”
Reflect · Learn · Practise · Apply

About AmpliRise

Learning that moves beyond “good session.”

Information is everywhere.

The real challenge is turning information into behaviour.

At AmpliRise, learning is designed to be practical, participative and easy to apply.

Participants don’t just hear about a skill.

  1. Discuss it.
  2. Question it.
  3. Practise it.
  4. Apply it.

And most importantly, they leave knowing what they can do differently.

AmpliRise works across corporate learning, manager development, behavioural capability, workplace communication, employability and professional growth.

The AmpliRise approach

Less lecture. More learning that sticks.

AmpliRise programmes use the ACE Behavioural Learning Model.

A

Awareness

Participants first recognise what is happening.

Through reflection, discussion, scenarios and real situations, they examine their current behaviours, assumptions and challenges.

C

Concept

Participants are introduced to simple frameworks, practical tools and clear ways of thinking about the situation.

No unnecessary jargon.

No complicated models that disappear the moment the workshop ends.

E

Execution

Participants practise.

Through role plays, cases, conversations, activities and action planning, they explore how the learning can actually be used.

Because knowing something and being able to use it are two very different things.

How we learn

Practical by design.

AmpliRise sessions are designed around participation rather than presentation.

Real workplace situationsDiscussion-led learningScenarios and case studiesRole playsReflection activitiesSimple frameworksPractical toolsAction planning

Meet Abhiruchi Atri

Founder, AmpliRise
Learning Consultant | Corporate Trainer | Author

Abhiruchi Atri brings over 13 years of experience across HR, Learning & Development, organisational capability building and corporate training.

She began her career in the energy sector, where she spent more than a decade working across HR and learning initiatives.

During this journey, she established a corporate learning academy and worked on capability-building initiatives spanning employee development, organisational learning, policy communication and large-scale learning interventions.

Today, she works independently with organisations, consulting partners and educational institutions to design and facilitate learning programmes across:

Workplace communicationBehavioural skillsManager effectivenessEmployabilityProfessional growthPresentation skillsPOSH awareness

Her facilitation style is conversational, discussion-led and highly participative.

Rather than telling people what “good communication” or “good management” looks like, she creates situations where participants can examine their own behaviour, explore alternatives and practise what they would actually do.

Her work is built around simple language, relatable situations and frameworks people can remember beyond the training room.

Abhiruchi is also a Certified POSH Trainer and a Certified Soft Skills Trainer.

She is the author of:
